How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you accept it, the file is added and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.  A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

TERMS FOR SUBSCRIBING MEMBERS OF FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS

If you become a subscribing Member of FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS, there are other rights and conditions that you accept in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the general public that you consent with while browsing the public pages of this website.  Your payment of an annual subscription fee represents that you acknowledge and agree to the following terms that apply to Members and to your use of the Members-only web content and services:

Confidentiality

Unless compelled by law or court order, FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS shall never sell, gift, trade or otherwise disclose to anyone or any entity any personally identifying information or any contact information of any Member.  In return, Members agree not to redistribute or disclose any information conveyed by FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS on its Bulletin Board page that is accessible by Members only.   If FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS in its sole determination concludes that a Member is responsible for such unauthorized redistribution, FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS may, in addition to any other recourse available by law, immediately cancel that Member’s access rights with no refund of any unused portion of the Member’s annual subscription.

Accountability

Services listed on this website as Benefits of Membership represent contractual communications covered by your subscription fee and for which governing laws provide recourse if applicable.  Each member agrees that in the event of any alleged breach of promise or duty regarding services, the laws of the State of Kansas shall govern.  Such legal responsibilities include those of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act and regulations enforced by the Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission.

Lobbyist Access and Results

The Member subscription fee is not contingent upon any legislative results and each Member receives the same services as any other Member.  No Member receives greater consideration, influence, directive authority over, or access to any FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS lobbyist than does any other Member.  The representation duty of FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS lobbyists is provided only to the Association as a whole – always in keeping with our Liberty principles and the issue priorities voted upon by its Members – and shall not be an individual service provided to satisfy the discrete interests of any given Member.

No Refunds

The duration of each annual Membership, if paid in a single lump sum, runs from the date of payment through the next 12 consecutive calendar months.  If any Member has elected to pay in monthly installments, the Membership starts from the date of first paid installment, runs through the next 12 consecutive calendar months, and the Member agrees to complete all monthly payments for the duration of this 12-month period even if the Member cancels their Membership.  Monthly installment Members may elect, if they decide to cancel before their full year Membership has expired, to pay the remaining unpaid balance in a single lump sum rather than continue with scheduled monthly installments.  No portion of any paid Membership fee is refundable, regardless whether a Member cancels his/her subscription before the end of the 12-month period or regardless whether a Member has had their Membership voided due to the Member’s abuse of their Member privileges.

Civility

FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS reserves the right to void, with no refund of fees, any or all access rights or benefits to any Member for any instance that FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS in its sole discernment deems to be an abuse of Member privileges, an abuse of the online FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS system, or an abuse of FRONTIER PEACE ADVISORS personnel by that Member.
